Insurance

We believe in getting care to as many people as possible by helping to alleviate the cost burden for therapeutic services. Although we are out of network for insurance providers, we have partnered with a great service to automate the claim reimbursement process. This service takes the work out of getting reimbursed for out of network claims so you can get care without the hassle of dealing with your insurance company.

It works like this:

• You work with us on a rate you can afford for your sessions
• You pay us for your session and we provide you with what is called a “superbill” that contains the information you need to get reimbursed.
• On your first login, you enter your insurance information as well as the information we provide and submit your claim.
• You get paid in 2-4 weeks depending on your insurance provider

Subsequent submissions are more automated making it easy to get reimbursed for your sessions.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment. I also accept payment directly on my site via this page.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
